- Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
- Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
- To understand the Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelors or Masters is preferred.
- Experienced professionals must have minimum of 6+ months of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Should posses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be flexible to work in night shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,231.73 - ₹42,489.46 per month
