**Job Description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities** -**
- Mine websites based on traffic and niche of requirement
- Onboard Affiliate websites
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the affiliate and take care of retention
- Create campaign strategies and have them published on affiliate websites
- Prepare a list of campaigns having CPL, CPC, CPA models for affiliates and can help affiliate partners with revenue opportunities
- Engage and update Affiliate networks on daily basis and give them metrics of the campaigns run by them
- Ideation to affiliate to increase revenue opportunity by giving them a suggestion on the placement of branding elements and promotional activities
- Monitor affiliate activity and potential policy/program violations
- Optimisation of publishers and technical assistance when needed
- Create the tracking sheet with the contact details of affiliates and the status for the same
- Create Performance Reports and share them with respective affiliates

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements and Skill-set**
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Passionate Freshers are welcome who had done an internship on digital marketing or did a digital marketing course)
- Should have good communication (speaking, listening, and writing) skills
- Should have good interaction skills to maintain the relationship with affiliates
- Should have good convincing skills to on-board affiliate
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Should know basic MS excel with basic formulas like Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, Concatenate, mathematical functions, etc
- Should know how to present data / represent points with problem statement, objective, and conclusion on MS PowerPoint Presentation
- Should know the basic MS word - formatting, writing the content on page layout format

Additional Information

Location: Bangalore (Pride Hulkul, Lal Bagh Main Rd)

Working Days
- 6 days working ( Alternative Saturdays and Sundays off)

Time
- 9:30 am to 7:00pm
