**What is this role about?**

Are you passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition? We’re looking for a **Talent Acquisition Intern** to help us build a high-performing team. **Your Responsibilities**:
**End-to-End Recruitment** - Manage the full hiring cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviews and offer finalization.
**Talent Sourcing** - Leverage job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking events to attract top talent.
**Collaboration** - Work closely with hiring managers to define roles and recruitment strategies.
**Data-Driven Hiring** - Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire) to optimize hiring strategies.
**Onboarding Support** - Assist in the smooth transition of new hires into the company.
**Market Research** - Stay updated on hiring trends and competitor strategies.

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- **Education** - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience** - At least **3 months of recruitment experience** (preferably in sales hiring).
- **fast-paced startup environment**: ✔ Proficiency in **ATS and recruitment software**. ✔ Relationship-building and networking skills. ✔ Familiarity with **Microsoft Office and social media recruiting**. ✔ Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
