**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute online marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

3. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

6. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to drive conversions and revenue.

7. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.

8. Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

9. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.

10. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.

5. Excellent content creation, writing, and communication skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.

8. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.

**Salary Range**:

- Junior (0-2 years of experience): ₹ 2.5 - 3.2 lakhs per annum
- Mid-level (2-5 years of experience): ₹ 3.3 - 5 lakhs per annum
- Senior (5-8 years of experience): ₹ 4.00 -8.00 lakhs per annum

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,405.00 per month

Expected hours: 42 - 49 per week
