Security Guard

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people into the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
- Apprehend criminals and evict violators.
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences and report them to appropriate authorities.
- Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Control traffic by directing drivers.
- Perform first aid or CPR if necessary.
- Perform periodic checks of security systems and equipment.
- Conduct security checks over a specified area.
