Client Service Officer

**Salary Range**: 8000 TO 12000
**Working Hours**: 9.30 AM TO 6.30 PM
**Job Objectives**:
1. Provide customers with timely and accurate information.
2. Ensure quick resolution of issues with mínimal escalations.
3. Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
4. Document and track all interactions for transparency and accountability.
5. Strengthen coordination between customers, vendors, and internal departments.
6. Identify customer pain points and suggest service improvements.
7. Build trust and long-term customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. **Information Support** - Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
3. **Issue Resolution** - Resolve queries within defined SLAs and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. **Escalation Handling** - Manage and minimize escalations by proactive communication.
5. **Coordination with Internal Teams** - Work closely with operations, accounts, and technical departments.
6. **Follow-up & Feedback** - Track pending issues and follow up until closure.
7. **Documentation & Reporting** - Maintain records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
8. **Process Improvement & Compliance** - Suggest improvements and adhere to company policies.
9. **Knowledge Update & Training** - Continuously update product and process knowledge.
10. **Vendor Handling** - Coordinate with external vendors for customer-related requirements.
11. **Call Quality Monitoring** - Maintain call etiquette and high-quality service standards.
12. **Customer Feedback Collection** - Gather feedback to improve service delivery.
13. **Service Request Logging** - Record and track customer service requests.
14. **Internal Communication Etiquette** - Maintain professionalism in all team interactions.
15. **Knowledge Base Usage** - Refer to company resources for accurate responses.
16. **Confidentiality & Data Protection** - Ensure strict data security and confidentiality.
17. **Report Generation & Sharing** - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
18. **Upselling & Cross-Selling Support** - Promote relevant products/services when appropriate.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
