**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to patient or client inquiries via phone, chat, in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide information regarding medical services, insurance claims, coverage, billing, and appointments
- Handle complaints and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback.
- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, or referrals as required.
- Educate patients about available healthcare services, procedures, and follow-up protocols.
- Meet performance and quality assurance.

**Qualifications**:
**Mandatory**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology.
