We're looking for an experienced **Head of Quality** to lead our quality assurance for bearings, with a strong focus on grinding and phosphating processes. You'll ensure our products meet stringent specifications, driving quality excellence from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **Quality Management Systems (QMS)** for bearing production, including grinding and phosphating.
- Oversee and ensure the **quality of ground and phosphated bearings**, focusing on dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and coating properties.
- Define and standardize the use of **precision measuring instruments** for bearing inspection.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
