**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design visual content for social media posts, advertisements, websites, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Create brand-consistent layouts, illustrations, and visual elements across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative campaign concepts.
- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Prepare artwork for print materials such as banners, flyers, menus, and packaging (if applicable).
- Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in color, typography, and imagery.
- Edit and retouch photos when required.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and printers when required to ensure high-quality output.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design or a creative role (experience in hospitality/real estate/F&B preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills are an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
