**About the Role**:
We are looking for a confident and result-driven **Sales Executive** who is fluent in **Malayalam, Tamil, and English** to join our team. This role focuses on inside sales, where you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, communicating information accurately, and ensuring our products or services are presented effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inside sales activities including calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate product/service details clearly and accurately.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Keep records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
- Ensure that the information provided to customers is precise and aligned with company guidelines.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proficiency in **Malayalam, Tamil, and English** (mandatory).
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confidence in handling customer queries and influencing purchase decisions.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- 0-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (Freshers can apply).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, persuasive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads effectively.
