In depth knowledge in Active Directory 2008R2, 2012 and 2012R2, 2016, 2019.
- In depth knowledge in DNS, DHCP and file services.
- Good knowledge on backup and recovery and Server Patching process.
- Hand on experience on DNS with knowledge about different DNS records, ZONE
- Cross Domain resource access, experience on multi forest environment
- Knowledge about kerberos, ldap authentication
- Basic working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Troubleshoot and resolve general server related issues with root cause analysis.
- Reasonable knowledge of current hardware and software technologies and its uses.
- Experience in managing of IT Infrastructure Services.
- Well versed on Incident, Change and Problem Management Process.
- Creating Baseline documents for Servers, Security and environment.
- Experience in handling Major Incidents
- Well versed in Server Capacity, Performance and Availability strategies.
- Create and document all actions, practices, procedures and processes.
- Provide timely follow-up to user questions according to established SLA's

**Primary Skills**:

- Active Directory 2008R2, 2012 and 2012R2, 2016, 2019.
- DNS, DHCP and file services.
