- Regulatory Operations ensures submissions to major regulators are timeous, complete, and accurate.

The team operates in a faced paced dynamic environment and the process involves integrated multiple systems and host of controls, all with the backdrop of an incredibly complex regulatory framework.
The team interfaces with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Client can understand and meet the on-going regulatory requirements.**Job Requirement**

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- **Prepare workings of all questions of FormPF and AIFMD and deliver it to client on timely manner.**:

- Good understanding of post-2008 global financial regulation (Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, CFTC, and EMIR).
- Strong senior Stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound administration, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to communicate regulatory changes and the impact of these briefly and effectively.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines, and ability to use own judgment and be proactive.
- Ability to think independently and challenge and escalate where necessary.
- People management and development.
- Effective team player with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, with the ability to be assertive.
- Good awareness of confidentiality.
- Organized and detail oriented, flexibility to be productive and comfortable in a few different situations and environments.
- Biennial attestation of E-broker platforms, including a questionnaire-based outreach exercise. The attestation covers product coverage, platform functionality and details of all relevant controls.
- Institutionalize the information and knowledge on electronic platforms (targeting the use of a database) and ensure auditability and business continuity.
