Café Assistant

Icepop Art Cafe is a vibrant space where art, food, and community come together. We serve a variety of refreshing milkshakes, fresh juices, simple snacks like Maggi noodles, and baked treats such as muffins and cakes. We are looking for a dedicated Café Assistant to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of milkshakes, fresh juices, and simple snacks such as Maggi noodles.
- Assist in the baking and serving of muffins, cakes, and other cafe treats.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food preparation surfaces, equipment, and dining areas.
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to Icepop Art Cafe’s quality and presentation standards.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders and manage the cash register, ensuring accurate billing.
- Assist with stock management and ensure ingredients and supplies are available.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or food service environment is a plus.
- Basic culinary skills with the ability to make milkshakes, juices, snacks like noodles, and simple baked items.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,320.83 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 66 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
