Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and end customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate automation solutions (PLCs, SCADA, sensors, drives, robotics, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to promote the brand.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics preferred) or Business.
- 1-5 years of sales experience in industrial automation or related fields. (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.)
- Good understanding of automation systems like PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, motion control, and industrial networking.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed (local/regional).
Pay: ₹11,614.08 - ₹31,539.49 per month
