**Job Title**:Quality Assurance - Fabric

**Location**: Jaipur, Rajasthan

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Fabric Inspection**:

- Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final inspections of fabric to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify fabric defects, color variations, and any other inconsistencies.
- Perform tests to ensure fabric meets quality and safety standards (shrinkage, colorfastness, etc.)

**Quality Control**:

- Establish and maintain fabric quality assurance protocols and processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet the required specifications.
- Maintain fabric quality records and reports for each batch inspected.
- Identify and implement corrective measures to resolve quality issues.

**Vendor Management**:

- Coordinate with fabric suppliers and vendors for quality control processes.
- Conduct audits of vendor facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to the production and procurement teams.
- Document all quality-related activities, ensuring proper records are maintained.

**Process Improvement**:

- Recommend process improvements to enhance overall fabric quality.
- Implement quality control best practices and training programs for the production team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fabric quality assurance or têxtile production.
- Strong knowledge of various fabric types and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with industry quality standards and testing methods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other quality management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
