Ensures close collaboration, coordination and synchronization with Operational Team Leads/Delivery Teams for Incident/Problem/Change/Capacity functions.
Be able to follow guided instructions in running reports in ServiceNow and other similar tools
Accountable to ensure all Post Major Incident Activities are tracked to completion and reported on periodic basis
Generate periodic reports on the status of tickets which require tracking and follow up.
Review Low priority Changes based on checklist or document to ensure alignment
