Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction & Requirement Gathering**:

- Communicate with customers to understand their specific requirements.
- Offer the right solutions tailored to the customer’s needs.
- **Product Knowledge & Explanation**:

- Be knowledgeable about the company’s product range, especially the technical specifications.
- Provide detailed product explanations to ensure customers have all the necessary information.
- **Feedback-based Product Offering**:

- Based on customer feedback, offer appropriate products and pricing.
- Work towards closing sales.
- **Marketing & Outreach**:

- Call potential customers and market the product range effectively, providing technical details to convince them of the product’s suitability.
- **Order Follow-up & Coordination**:

- Follow up on sales orders, ensure smooth dispatch processes, and share Certificates of Analysis (COA) with customers.
- **Support for Country Head**:

- Assist in preparing technical presentations for key account customers.
- Take notes during meetings and maintain proper documentation of minutes.
- **Educational Background**: Recent graduate in **Food Technology** or a related field.
- **Language Skills**: Proficient in **English** and **Hindi** (mandatory); knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- **Ambition**: Strong drive to achieve goals and excel in their career.
- **Presentation Skills**: Ability to prepare and assist in technical presentations.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Organized and able to handle multiple tasks like sales follow-ups and meeting notes efficiently.
