Automation Programmer

1. Design, program, and test PLC logic for automation of wastewater treatment plant processes.
2. Develop and configure PLC and SCADA systems for real-time plant monitoring, control, and alarms.
3. Integrate IoT devices for remote monitoring, data logging, and cloud communication.
4. Collaborate with process engineers to translate treatment logic and control requirements into functional automation.
5. Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control systems.
6. Ensure proper communication between field instruments, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and cloud servers.
7. Maintain documentation for PLC/SCADA architecture, code, and network configurations.
8. Provide remote and on-site technical support to field teams and clients.
9. Implement cybersecurity and fail-safe protocols for control systems.
10. Support data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development through IoT integration.

Education - 1.Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or Automation Engineering. 2. 2-4 years of hands-on experience with PLC (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta), SCADA (e.g., Wonderware, WinCC, Indu Soft), and IoT platforms.
3. Experience in wastewater or process automation is preferred.
4. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (MODBUS, TCP/IP, MQTT, RS485).
5. Proficiency in HMI design and logic development.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
