**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Evaluate Performance**: Assess sales team performance based on predefined metrics (e.g., customer satisfaction, conversion rates, sales scripts adherence, response times).
- **Provide Feedback**: Offer constructive feedback to sales representatives to improve their performance. Provide coaching and support for skill enhancement.
- **Generate Reports**: Prepare regular quality assurance reports that detail trends, performance metrics, issues, and areas for improvement. Present findings to Sales and Operations leadership.
- **Identify Areas for Improvement**: Analyze sales processes, scripts, and workflows to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Suggest improvements and collaborate with Sales Managers to implement changes.
- **Compliance & Best Practices**: Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- **Training & Development**: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new and existing sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge of quality standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with Sales Managers, Trainers, and Operations teams to align on quality objectives, initiatives, and performance goals.
- **Customer Feedback**: Analyze customer feedback (from surveys, reviews, etc.) to identify recurring issues and ensure they are addressed by the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance in sales, or customer support roles (sales experience preferred).
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Leadsquare) and quality management tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate sales interactions and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and other reporting tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
