**JOB DESCRIPTION | TELECALLER EXECUTIVE**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential and existing clients to inform them about our financial and investment products.
- Generate leads and convert them into appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM databases regularly.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and new opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable investment or financial solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth client servicing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling or tele sales (preferably in financial services).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage).

**Education**:

- Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience.
