Adobe is seeking a Customer Service Engagement Coordinator to join the Adobe Experience Cloud Training team known as Adobe Digital Learning Services (ADLS). You will join a team of customer service representatives who provide customer service to our global customers and perform all backend operations of our training business. You will work closely with both our customers and other team members across the training organization and globe to perform course scheduling, course registrations, learning subscription management, customer support, contractor management, reporting, and quarter-end revenue activities.
