**Job Description For Sales Representative/Executive**

We are looking for a competitive field sales representative/executive to develop sales strategy, generate leads and convert them into new business opportunities for the company.

**Role and Responsibility:

- **
- Contact potential clients through door-to -door pitching, cold calling and scheduling meetings
- Foster strong customer relationships and strive for high customer satisfaction
- Prospect for new business opportunities and qualify leads
- Prepare proposals and quotes for potential clients
- Continuously analyze the sales process to improve its success
- Generate at a minimum 10 cores sales per year or more then that
- Maintain customer/ clients database
- Estimate project cost under direct of ownership

- Excellent networking & relationship building skills
- Pay close attention to details and be results driven
- Have excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Display excellent time management skills
- Understand the construction industry, the company's capabilities, and the demands of the project
- Strong performance track record
- Great organization and planning abilities
- Strong written, verbal & technical communication skills
- Should set companies goal on priority

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
