**Job Description: AR**

Physician billing, End to End RCM Process, Denials - (Min 1 year Relevant Exp)

Accounts receivable follow-up / denial management for US healthcare customers, knowledge on denial management and A/R fundamentals will be preferred

Willingness to work continuously in night shifts

Following up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle time frame. Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary.

**Key Skills**

Knowledge of insurance guidelines including HMO/PPO, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer requirements and systems., Effective communication abilities for phone contacts with insurance payers to resolve issues., Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 Coding., Problem-solving skills to research and resolve discrepancies, denials, appeals, collections., Maintaining patient confidentiality as per the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)., Ability to multitask.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:
A minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in a Medical Billing.

US Shift - 6:00 pm to 3:00 am IST (Night)

**Note**: No Hospital Billing.

Any degree with relevant experience can apply

Shift: Caller - Night

Location: Chennai / Bangalore
