**Develop and implement PR strategies**:This includes crafting messaging, planning campaigns, and identifying media opportunities to promote clients and the agency.
- **Build and maintain media relations**:Cultivate relationships with journalists and media outlets, responding to inquiries and pitching stories.
- **Create and distribute PR materials**:Write press releases, news articles, social media posts, and other content to communicate key messages to the public.
- **Organize and manage PR events**:Plan and execute press conferences, media briefings, and other events to generate media attention.
- **Monitor media coverage**:Track and analyze media mentions of clients and the agency, providing reports and identifying trends.
- **Manage crises**:Develop and execute communication plans to address negative publicity or reputational risks.
- **Collaborate with advertising teams**:Work with advertising teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with PR goals.
- **Analyze and report on PR performance**:Track key metrics, assess the effectiveness of campaigns, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
