**Warehouse Operations Executive**

Vividartsy (A Brainchild of Uniqstop Private Limited) is looking for a Warehouse Executive to direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

**Salary**: 20 -25k

**Qualification and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in logistics or any related field

2 years of experience

1-year experience in **billing, stock management, etc**. Should have hands-on experience in MS Excel & ERP

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision
- Working with various teams for process implementation.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
- Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.
- Ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines
- Preparing DSR/DR (Daily Sales Report/Dispatch Report) & RTO (Return to Origin) Report.
