**Job Title: Telecaller Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
- Introduce our products/services to potential clients and provide relevant information.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay updated on product/service features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both verbal and written).
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to influence potential customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- Prior experience in Telecalling or sales roles is an advantage but not mandatory for freshers.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

**Salary Range**:
INR 12,000 to 18,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
