**Interior Designer who is expert in both AutoCad & 3Ds Max preferably.**

Work timings - 10 AM - 6PM, Model - WFH for 1 month. Work From Office from March onwards.

**Working Days
- 6 Days a week, Sunday is fixed Off.**

**Probation - 6 months.**

**Leaves-12 Paid Leaves per Year.**

**Location of Office - Sector 37C, Gurgaon.**

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Design Development**: Conceptualize and design interior spaces, including residential, commercial, and corporate projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to client requirements.
- **Space Planning**: Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed floor plans, layouts, and technical drawings. Prepare schematic and final design plans for interior spaces.
- **3D Modeling & Visualization**: Use 3ds Max to create high-quality 3D renderings, models, and visualizations that showcase design concepts and help clients envision the final outcome.
- **Design Documentation**: Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and design documents for the execution of interior projects, including lighting, materials, finishes, and furniture.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with clients, project managers, architects, and other design team members to ensure design ideas are well-executed.
- **Material & Furniture Selection**: Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures to enhance the overall design and functionality of interior spaces.
- **Site Visits**: Attend site visits to ensure the design is being executed as per the approved plans and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
- **Project Management Support**: Provide support in managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project completion within scope and deadlines.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up to date with the latest trends in interior design, technology, and tools.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **AutoCAD** for creating detailed 2D layouts, plans, and technical drawings.
- Expertise in **3ds Max** for creating photorealistic 3D models, rendering, and visualizations.
- Solid understanding of design principles, space planning, and building codes.
- Knowledge of **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
- **Creativity & Attention to Detail**: Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to design innovative and practical interior spaces.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address design challenges and propose creative solutions.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects with a focus on AutoCAD drawings and 3D visualizations in 3ds Max.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,076.34 - ₹50,317.16 per month
