**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Conversion & Enrollments**:

- Conduct personalized school tours, highlighting the curriculum, facilities, and teaching methodology.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely decision-making and maximize conversions.
- **Counseling & Relationship Management**:

- Understand parents' concerns and expectations to provide tailored guidance.
- Build strong rapport with prospective families to foster trust and engagement.
- Address queries regarding admissions, fee structure, and preschool policies effectively.
- **Admission Process Coordination**:

- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students and their parents.
- Collaborate with the administration team for smooth operations.
- **Marketing & Outreach Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing admission campaigns, open houses, and community events.
- Engage with local parent communities and networking groups to promote the preschool.
- Leverage social media and digital platforms for lead generation and engagement.
- **Reporting & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate admission records and provide regular reports on enrollment trends.
- Ensure adherence to preschool admission policies and local regulatory guidelines.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate degree in any field
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years in admissions, counseling, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication (English + Kannada, Tamil) & interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (preferred).
