**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Process Modernization team is focused on assessing people, process, data and technology to identify inefficiencies, unlock capacity and remove scale inhibitors. The team will leverage low code, big tech solutions, and predictive analytics to optimize workflows, automate routine tasks, and improve client interactions to deliver business value.

In this role you will specialize in providing data insights to improve operating models using process mining and simulation. This role will provide a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to study, learn and analyze business challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and design innovative solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and evaluate data related to existing processes to perform process discovery and mining
- Experience in analyzing data and system interactions to identify trends and pinpoint areas for improvement
- Develop experience to simulate end-to-end processes to design ideal and future states, by eliminating non-value added steps
- Support projects that may involve multiple teams, ensuring projects are aligned to and directly support the identified process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance the end-to-end value chain

**Required Qualifications, skills and capbilities**:

- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, writing, organization, and time management skills
- Proven ability to gather and analyze operational processes and data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficiency in various tools used in data analytics and process improvement initiatives, such as SQL, Python, Signavio, Alteryx, UiPath
- Experience in process improvement methodologies and frameworks, such as Lean, Six Sigma or Business Process Management
