**What You’ll Do**

The Product Marketing Coordinator will:

- Own the marketing calendar for Solutions Product marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines stay on track and deliverables are met.
- Serve as key Marketing point of contact for all operational elements associated with product launches and sales enablement assets, including timeline management, market & customer analysis.
- Support ideation and development of monthly and yearly product-related promotional strategies that drive sales growth, support product adoption, and achieve desired ROI.
- Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
- Manage the development and distribution of product marketing and sales enablement content (white papers, brochures, fact sheets, presentations, pitch decks etc.).
- Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
- Coordinate all Product Marketing event/trade show logistics.
- Create and issue communications in a timely manner; making sure cross-functional teams are equipped with the necessary information related to Product Marketing initiatives.
- Assist in tracking key marketing projects and reporting on results.
- Coordinate and support initiatives with external agencies.

**Education and Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Coordinator within B2B software/tech space.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience working on marketing projects and campaigns and able to show demonstrated success from them.
- Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing this information with other team members in project updates.
