Key Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining a consistent and accurate response to customer inquiries.

Resolving customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns or complaints efficiently.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the internal system.

Work closely with internal teams to escalate issues that require further resolution.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding cases to ensure timely resolution.

**Required Skills**:
Strong oral and & written communication skills in English.

Proficient in Excel.
