**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written content) across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
- Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
- Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with the company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
- Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company, report notable threats to appropriate management.
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluency in English.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with content creation for home services or related industries.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and customer engagement.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
