We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to oversee attendance for office and field staff, manage office administration, and process tour claims for our field sales force.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and maintain attendance records.
- Manage daily office administration tasks.
- Process tour claims for field sales staff.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars.
- Support HR functions like onboarding and record-keeping.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in office coordination or administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹9,596.18 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Singur, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Office Coordinator: 2 years (preferred)
