**Role: Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Experience-Based)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and manage B2B/B2C sales leads through various platforms
- Use CRM tools efficiently to track and update client information
- Work on Excel and Google Sheets to maintain and analyze sales data
- Drive revenue through strategic follow-ups and conversions
- Achieve monthly targets and report to senior management
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and honesty

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (BPO/CRM-based preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Excel
- Must be computer-savvy and a quick learner of online tools
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Must be honest, hardworking, and result-oriented
- Should be ready to work in a high-performance sales-driven environment
