Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS/Linux environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new Employees
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology whenever needed.
- Follow up with departments to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Ensure proper office infrastructure & smooth functioning of office. Example: power, internet, getting the right devices, cameras, furniture etc.
- Ensure every team member has the things that need to do their work properly. Their PC / laptop has all the software, features, functionality, speed, to do the work they are assigned in an efficient way. And there are not any delays/blocks due to issues in IT setup/infrastructure.
- Maintain record / documentation of routine tasks, like PC setups, camera installation & other software setups.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
