**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and track their performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to refine strategies.
- Build and manage an editorial calendar for consistent and timely content delivery.
- Report on social media performance and provide actionable insights.

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and content creation skills (graphic design, video editing is a plus).
- Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Team player with excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
