Barback

We are looking to hire 2 bar backs for our restaurant in Colva, Goa.

Certificate in a bartending course, preferred.

Fluency in English, preferred.

0-1 year experience

Greet customers as they enter the bar and provide recommendations on drink and food options
- Assisting the bartender: Barbacks support the bartender by performing tasks such as fetching ingredients, washing dishes, and filling orders. They may also help prepare garnishes and mixers, and set up and break down the bar area.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Create unique and original cocktails based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes
- Clean and maintain bar area, including equipment, glassware, and utensils
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all customers and colleagues
- Assist with other duties as needed, including opening and closing the bar, attending staff meetings, and participating in training programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
