**Job Title**: Primary School Coordinator

**Department**: Primary School (Grades 1-5)
**Reporting To**: Principal / Head of School
**Location**: Attapur.

**Job Purpose**:
To lead, guide, and support the academic and operational functions of the Primary School, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, teacher development, and curriculum implementation in alignment with the school’s vision and educational philosophy.

**Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership**:

- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and review across all primary grades.
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom delivery, and assessment practices of teachers.
- Promote child-centered, inquiry-based, and experiential learning methodologies.

**Teacher Supervision & Development**:

- Mentor and support teachers through classroom observations, feedback sessions, and regular performance reviews.
- Plan and facilitate professional development workshops, training, and peer learning initiatives.
- Encourage innovation in pedagogy and the use of technology in the classroom.

**Student Progress & Well-being**:

- Track academic performance, learning gaps, and behavioral development of students.
- Facilitate interventions and enrichment programs in collaboration with facilitators and parents.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school culture.

**Curriculum & Assessment Oversight**:

- Coordinate academic calendar, lesson schedules, assessments, and report cards.
- Standardize formative and summative assessments to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Lead curriculum enrichment through events like exhibitions, field trips, and theme-based weeks.

**Communication & Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between primary teachers, leadership, and parents.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher interactions and academic review meetings.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the primary wing, including attendance, substitute planning, and resource allocation.
- Prepare data, reports, and presentations related to student performance and teacher effectiveness.
- Support admissions, orientation programs, and promotional activities for the primary segment.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline with B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience in Primary School, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or coordinator role
- Sound knowledge of primary education pedagogy and curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/IB/Cambridge)
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and tools
