**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency.
- **Graphics & Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for campaigns using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.
- Design banners, infographics, and promotional materials.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow social media channels through creative campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement.
- **Performance Marketing**:

- Plan and execute paid campaigns on social media and digital platforms.
- Track campaign performance and adjust strategies for better ROI.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW proficiently for high-quality outputs.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong expertise in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW).
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and paid ad campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results and optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in digital marketing (desirable but not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
