A telecaller is responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.
- Skills, experience & knowledge of modern business methods and controls.
- To ensure maximum efficiency and profitability of the Branch whilst giving a high level of customer satisfaction
- To help and co-operate with the divisional heads in order to achieve the overall organizational targets.
- To ensure profitability targets are met on a regular basis from all the areas.
- To ensure the Branch attains net profit as detailed in the business plan and annual budget.
- To ensure high level of contact with the banks and other financial institutions to ensure smooth flow.
- To maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst maximizing profit.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
