Job Location

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Leads generation
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Coordination with US team.
- Focus on existing territories and establishing new ones
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate purchase orders and send relevant quotations
- Coordinate with production, quality, packaging team etc ensuring that the timelines are met

**Requirements**:

- MBA Marketing or International Business
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- **Should be comfortable with international travelling.**:

- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
