**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct classroom and online sessions as per the course syllabus and schedule.
- Deliver engaging lectures, case studies, and practical exercises on topics such as:
- Supply Chain Management
- Shipping and Port Operations
- Logistics Management
- Freight Forwarding & Documentation
- Import-Export Procedures
- Multimodal Transport Systems
- International Trade and Maritime Laws
- Develop lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, and study materials.
- Evaluate students through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Guide students in internships, industrial visits, and placement preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry practices and trends.
- Coordinate with the academic team for course updates and improvements.
- Maintain student attendance, performance records, and feedback.
- Ensure discipline, motivation, and continuous learning among students.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Educational Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Shipping Management, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum **1-3 years** of teaching or industry experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain.
- Prior experience as a faculty/trainer in a training institute or college will be an added advantage.
**Skills Required**:
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
- Good organizational and mentoring skills.
- Updated knowledge of logistics operations, documentation, and industry standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
