Executive Assistant to CEO

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO will provide high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced, confidential environment. The EA acts as the CEO’s right hand, enabling smooth decision-making and efficient workflow across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support**
- Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prioritize and handle urgent tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
**2. Communication & Coordination**
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with department heads for timely updates and deliverables.
**3. Strategic & Operational Assistance**
- Support the CEO in project management, business reviews, and performance tracking.
- Conduct research, prepare analytics, and summarize key insights for decision-making.
- Assist in planning board meetings, leadership offsites, and strategic events.
**4. Confidential & Sensitive Handling**
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all business matters.
- Manage sensitive documents, contracts, and reports with discretion.
**5. Administrative & Organizational Support**
- Oversee office management tasks relevant to the CEO’s office.
- Coordinate travel, logistics, approvals, and reimbursements.
- Ensure smooth workflow and implement process improvements where necessary.
**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure with composure.
- Prior experience supporting CXO-level leaders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
