Job Summary:
The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet the company's revenue goals. They will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales. The Sales Officer will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to stay up-to-date with product offerings and market trends.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with them
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotions
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and its products
- Provide regular sales reports to management

**Other Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads and convert them into customers
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotions
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and its products
- Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
