**Job Title**: Architect

**Location**: Connaught Place, New Delhi (with travel as required)

**Experience Required**: 8-10 years (preferably in Hospitality / Hotel Projects & International Client Handling)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of coordination between consultants, project teams, and clients (domestic & international).
- Oversee design development, drawings review, and ensure alignment with project vision and brand guidelines.
- Manage coordination between structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
- Support project teams during various stages of hospitality and hotel projects (concept to execution).
- Ensure adherence to international standards, local regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct site visits and travel for project meetings, coordination, and execution as required.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and design documentation for client communication.
- Work closely with senior leadership for project progress, quality control, and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or luxury projects is **mandatory**.
- Strong background in dealing with international clients and multicultural teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM workflow is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently for project-related requirements.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, client handling ability, and detail-oriented approach.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- 50% (required)
