Examine vehicle damage to determine cost of labor and parts to repair, structural, body, mechanical or interior damage. Review estimate with customer or insurance adjustor.

Develop relationship with customers and insurance adjustors. Maintain customer satisfaction while controlling expenses. Direct body shop team in performing repairs to meet time schedules and productivity levels and maintain quality standards.

Handle customer complaints immediately. Monitor paper flow to ensure that all documents are accounted for and filled out completely. Prepare final billing for completed repair orders.

Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Salary**: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
