**Field Coordinator - Agriculture Waste Collection**

**Farming Background**

**Build relationship with local farmers for collection of agri-waste as per crop cycle in Madhya Pradesh state**

**Responsibilities and duties**
- Procurement of material and work with field personnel to handle issues as they arise
- Build and cultivate relationships between vendors
- **Identify the supplier of Agriculture waste (farmers, furniture shops & agri - industries)**
- Procurement & transportation of the raw material as per crop cycle
- Relationship building with new associates, farmers, shopkeepers, Farmer Producer Organization, Small proprietors into agri business etc.
- Supplier Database Collection & Management
- Building relationship with FPOs

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree (any specialization)
- Ability to work independently with farmers, labour & transportation facilities
- Have experience working on ground/field operations in association with farmers mostly.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
