Dhanyaayai Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Tender Sales Specialist** to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing the end-to-end tendering process for IT-related projects, from identifying opportunities to submitting competitive proposals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Identification and Management**:

- Identify IT-related tender opportunities through various platforms and networks.
- Analyze tender requirements and assess feasibility for participation.
- **Documentation and Proposal Preparation**:

- Develop and compile comprehensive tender documents that adhere to client specifications and compliance requirements.
- Tailor proposals to meet client needs, highlighting IT solutions and services effectively.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical experts, and finance, to gather information for proposals.
- Ensure proposals align with company capabilities and strategic goals.
- **Pricing and Cost Analysis**:

- Collaborate on pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while ensuring profitability.
- **Client and Supplier Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the tendering process.
- Address client queries and maintain professional relationships.
- **Risk Assessment and Compliance**:

- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Assist in mitigating risks associated with tender submissions.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitor activities, and new tender opportunities.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of tender submissions and results.
- Prepare regular reports for management on tender activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Proven experience in tender management within the IT sector (mandatory).**:

- Strong knowledge of IT services, solutions, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other tender management tools.
