We are seeking a dedicated **Incoming Quality Inspector** to manage the inspection of all incoming materials and components. This role is vital to ensuring that only approved, conforming materials enter our production process. You will be responsible for developing inspection checklists for each item type, executing physical inspections upon receipt, and maintaining detailed records. The role also involves working with stores, procurement, and engineering to ensure quality compliance from suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inspection Planning**:

- Create inspection parameters, checkpoints, and checklists for each item based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Update and standardize inspection procedures as new parts are introduced or specifications change.
- **Incoming Inspection Execution**:

- Inspect incoming materials and components using appropriate tools (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters).
- Verify compliance with specifications, sampling plans (AQL), and quality standards.
- Tag accepted/rejected material and ensure rejected goods are segregated and properly marked.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain inspection records, rejection reports, supplier quality records, and daily logs.
- Generate and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any rejected or suspect material.
- Maintain traceability records (batch numbers, supplier codes, etc.).
- **Supplier Communication**:

- Coordinate with the purchase and supplier development teams to report issues and request corrective actions.
- Provide feedback to suppliers on repeated issues and participate in supplier quality reviews.
- **Tool & Equipment Management**:

- Ensure inspection tools are calibrated and functioning properly.
- Maintain tool logs and coordinate with the calibration department.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Suggest improvements in incoming inspection processes to reduce errors and delays.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
