**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and presentations for residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to develop design concepts
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee project development from concept through execution, including site supervision when required
- Provide technical support and documentation during construction phases
- Review and coordinate designs with engineering and other disciplines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and detailing
